We are a team of senior executives formerly from Fortune 100 and 500 companies and the Military. Our effort is focused on executive and management development. We develop and coach through implementation of holistic programs, using the very best research and many years of hard won experience. We are facilitators of learning rather than presenters.
We start with an assessment of current performance using the Miller-Hedley assessment model. Our style is to present research and insights that are relevant to the client specific needs identified. Our facilitators then structure a discussion, present case studies and draw conclusions with the participants. We use techniques of adult learning throughout our deliveries.
