Sharp Resources, Inc was established in 1996 and provides consulting and support services to the aerospace, aviation and related industries. The company solves client problems in four ways:
- Advisory services (primarily executive level consulting, coaching and project work)
- Operational services (project team staff, operational staff, delivery staff, specialist staff)
- Service Design services (marketing, design, procedures, training, audit and improvement)
- Operational Licensed Pools (pilots, cabin crew, maintenance staff)
To deliver these services, Sharp Resources uses only experienced professionals with verified credentials. Our staff become a part of your team. There is virtually no learning curve when our staff work with your team, just a brief orientation. Currently we have over 250 people in 24 countries and the team is still growing.
Our services are delivered using a ‘virtual team’ model. Our local team member manages each engagement and works directly with your people. They bring specialists onsite only when necessary – usually in the early data gathering phase and final presentation phase. All other supporting work comes remotely from our specialists wherever they are located in the world. This allows us to apply the best skills possible without incurring significant cost and time of travel and lodging. Our infrastructure costs are minimal.
The majority of our team members are senior members. They have both 15 years or more experience and have held positions at Vice President or above with major organizations in our industry. Our demographics are the inverse of traditional consulting teams, for example:
- 70% - Senior executive with 15 or more years experience
- 20% - Middle management with 10 or more years experience
- 10% - Support specialists with 5 or more years direct experience in the topic they support
