impact builds on foundational skills that correlate highly to business effectiveness. Skills are built around motivating self and others, developing high performance teams, seeking innovation through collaborative conflict while demonstrating outstanding technical competence.
How people feel in such an environment is as important as how they act. The skills covered address how to create such a vigorous environment without hurt feelings.

Mastering Motivation identifies habitual behaviors and tests how they might help or hinder our success. We consider how teams are affected. Faced with a challenge an individual, or a team faces up to it in a number of ways. Skills don’t suddenly appear or improve - it is attitude that makes the difference.
Rapport and Communications provides a clear understanding of the tools, techniques and strategies of creating good rapport - instantly - with other people. The workshop equips the participants with world-class interpersonal communication strategies that quite literally transform their dealings with others - even those with a very different outlook and perspective.
Inter-personal Effectiveness is assessment based, showing our current and desired positions on personal competence, self awareness and self regulation. The emotional competencies measured cover both personal and social skills which are vital to understanding self and others. We provide the skills to direct, describe, motivate and deliver with diverse teams.
High Performance Teams explores what it takes to create teams that ‘go for it’ every time. Very few teams perform at the highest level. The workshop is delivered to teams and gives every individual an awareness and understanding of the beliefs and behaviors essential for the highest level of performance.
Collaboration and Conflict looks at how we respond to particular ‘types’ of people and whether we develop or curtail their activity for the good of the organization. Do we really need that difficult person? Thomas Edison was considered ‘difficult!’
Critical Conversations is about high stakes, high emotion situations and how we handle them. By dissecting our normal responses we learn new techniques to deliver better and more consistent results - without hurt feelings or withdrawal.
