Assessments

Internet assessments vary from $45 to $125 per participant depending on volume. The assessment cost is inclusive of design and limited customization to gather the critical dimensions of the organization. It also includes the cost of profiles and reports as appropriate for the assessment. There are no special Information Technology needs with our assessments.

Workshops

Workshops are delivered within organizations on your schedule. Shortly after the completion of assessments and analysis, the workshops will be ready. Workshops cost $4,500 per day and $3,500 for additional days, plus customary travel expenses. Some workshop licenses also require a materials fee. There is a 25% deposit required at time of booking. Organizations contracting for multiple deliveries receive special long-term pricing.

Coaching

Coaching delivered face-to-face is the most effective. It is usually limited to senior executives and deliveries to a number of people consecutively while the coach is onsite. Rates vary from $150 to $350 per hour depending on the skill being coached.

Packages

Workshops and assessments are often packaged and include delivery, materials and travel expenses so you pay a single fee. Webex(TM) and teleconference guidance varies from $100 to $150 per hour.

Retreats

We deliver workshops and coaching at resort locations of your choice. We can even set up the location for you. Our first workshop at sea was held on board Holland America Line's ms Westerdam in the Baltic Sea. Can you image a more ideal way to focus on development of team skills?
Costs of offsite facilities are in addition to workshop and coaching charges.

Public Courses

Our workshops are occasionally offered on a public basis. Per participant rates are $500 per day with a 10% discount for additional attendees from the same organization. Workshop attendance is limited for effectiveness.
