Aerospace Integrity

We are working on a project with potential worldwide impact. Your opinion will be most valuable in this process.

Sharp Resources is representing a new technology aimed at capturing anonymous reports of wrongdoing. We're familiar with this concept in aviation safety, but the idea is not universally understood for more common forms of infractions that can be equally devastating if not addressed.

We are defining wrongdoing broadly - any act by one or more persons, or even the organization itself, that could be considered to be fraud, theft, embezzlement, unsafe working practice, environmental problems, abuse, vandalism, discrimination of any type, design or manufacturing shortcuts, violation of secrecy or export control laws of any country, and any action taken in retribution for someone reporting any of these types of acts.

Please answer the questions from your own perspective and knowledge based on your current (or most recent) position.

Due to the nature of this topic, we are not asking for any identification other than your country and industry sector. It would be very useful however if you would have other colleagues who are engaged in aviation to respond to the questions as well as yourself.
