Solving short to mid-term needs of aviation and aerospace organizations using deep expertise of global, proven professionals. We are a global team of over 250 professionals, most of whom have served in management positions in aerospace design and construction, private aviation, charter services, scheduled airlines and the myriad support companies that make the world aviation industry possible. We are passionate about the business (which is why we can't leave) and we welcome new opportunities to help (serious work, but we have fun doing it). Building global aviation builds economies and allowing people to travel safely and affordably increases cultural understanding and leads to a better world. We execute against our mission in a disciplined sequence of steps, led by each engagement manager. We do not claim to provide 'the answer' and we do not approve of "flavor-of-the-month" programs. We view organizations holistically. Our work and results are specific to the client and are designed to meet their needs exactly. We do not need to fit our results to a central methodology.
